Former Head of the Monitoring Unit on the Forestry Fee, Charles Owusu has taken authorized motion towards former Minister of Atmosphere, Science and Expertise, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng for implicating him in his Galamsey report back to the Chief of Workers.
